The ETeMII (European Territorial Management Information Infrastructure) project ran from 2000 thru 2003. It was an Accompanying Measure (IST-1999-12096) aiming to organise a network of excellence and bring together key stakeholders in the field of territorial management . This could support and co-ordinate relevant on-going information infrastructure activities.
The goal was to build a consensus on the following technical issues:
- reference data
- metadata: a key to data access
- standards, interoperability and research organisation
EUROGI was a partner.
