Who is who

All EUROGI members are represented in the General Board that elects the President and the Executive Committee.

EUROGI currently has 22 members - 16 National Geographic Information Representatives (A-members), 3 Corporate Members (B-members) and 3 Other Organisations (C-members) involved in geographic information (GI) see section MEMBERS.

In 2006, EUROGI opened its doors to include not only national GI Associations but also members from Industry, Academic institutions, Public Sector bodies, Not-for-Profit organisations, and interested Individuals.

Recently in 2009, EUROGI formally performed some required adjustments to the Membership structure in order to allow the active participation from the many GI-SDI stakeholders across Europe. EUROGI is now a more inclusive organisation.
